Rude cashier with stinging attitude.

So today between 17:30 & 17:35 tried to buy a telkom sim card just after paying for my groceries at the shoprite in Rocklands Bloemfontein.

Didn't get the cashier's name but she was sitting at the 2nd desk from the entrance,very light and with black corn rows.

She blatently refused to help me with the sim transaction even after her manager said she should do it. But her manager was just as useless as she just left the till without a soulution.As if that was not enough she takes my ID and proof of address to another till and says nothing to me. Comes back to her till and says "next"????Mind you I'm still standing there. Until I then ask "what must I do now" then shes says go to that till as she will not to the transaction.She is extremely rude..she shouldn't work with people.Even the client she help infront of me was not happy it's as though she is doing us a favour yet she app**** to qork there we didnt force her to.

Then after going to the other lady..."dark sitting on 1st desk from entrance by the express tills" she goes on to tell me how annoying it is to Rica a sim and blah blah blah. Then tells me the sim I have is wrong must get another.

But their attitude sucks and in the spirit of trying to keep vome told them to leave it and left as it's abvious the used to bullying their managers so they thinks they can do that to all of us.

Maybe get those ladies to rather work somewhere at the back as some people will not keep their cool one day.
