Rude cashier with attitude

I went to buy at Shoprite at Mams Mall mamelodi, the service there is so inconsistent. Another day the cashier greets the next one doesn't. Even at the fruit and vegetables department they will never greet but today the cashier named Elizabeth Mpete was so rude, firstly she didn't greet then she gave me a aweful look she scanned my items then said "plastic" I kept quiet and looked at her she rolled her eyes and shook up her shoulders. I then greeted her by her name looking at her name tag she responded with an attitude I asked for a platic bag and cashback she gave me my receipt and money and didn't even say thank you. I'm disgusted by her attitude, it's one thing not to do your job by giving full customer service but it's another if the employee gives customers attitude and are rude. There's is no store number on the receipt as I wanted to complain to the manager, that cashier better be disciplined she doesn't love her job. The so many people who need a job and van do better. I'm a regular customer there as I go to gym there and shop there after gym. Shoprite needs to retrain their staff to do better customer service .
