Rude cashier

Today on the 3rd June at 14:29 I went to the kiosk inside Shoprite Jabulani Mall , to buy two packs of cigarette when the lady at the kiosk told me I should go join one of the queues before I can buy cigarette, I told her I’m looking for cigarette and she said that’s got nothing to do with her, I asked her to call the supervisor she then said she doesn’t know where to find the supervisor. I looked for a supervisor myself found one then only I was able to buy cigarette.
