Rude Cashier Ayanda Magwaza

I was at Esikhaleni Plaza Shoprite. Went there to buy the R100 essentials combo (Bread, eggs, rama, polony amd cheese) the cashiee at the till was very RUDE. firstly she was not wearing her name tag. Jer name is AYANDA MAGWAZA. When she ringed my items i noticed that the R100 promo is not included, i then asked her what is happening she just dismissed me by saying "as a cashier i don't know of any combos and discounts that happen in store as you can see im at the till" i then asked her to call someone ne who might know then she went on to say "oh that promotion is now over" i go to the internet and look it up i show her a picture that clearly stated the promotion is running untill 11 June. And then she now calls a front end controller Fikile who came and had a look and when she saw that the promo did not go through she wemt and called another controller Winnie to come and assist. Winnie and Fikile made surw that i get great service and helped me and i wndwd up paying the correct Amount. Please someone look into this cashiers behaviour. Because im asking my self howmany people leave her till without paying the correct price for their items since she does not help when we ask.
