Rude Cashier and Manager

This is just to let you know that I got very bad service from the cashier at Greenacres Shoprite at 15:45 on Friday 27 January 2023. She spoke rudely to me when all I wanted was to return an item that was too expensive and she also gave me an ugly look. The manager also gave me an ugly look like they were just doing me a favour and she didn't even say anything to me.

The slip doesn't even show the name of the cashier but just "Controller #24!
