Rude cashier

Good day

Shoprite Atteridgeville Plaza (kiosk), the person who works at the kiosk by the name Tintswalo is so rude and the first three times I kept quite , today again she blatantly refused for a cashback but assisted a customer after me because she bought cigarettes. Can this person be called to order please, we cant as customers be subjected to such behavior because we are not buying anything but still needing their assistance in one of their services.

Please assist in dealing with her
