rude cashier

On the first of june i went to shoprite in mdantsane mall to buy a bus ticket i arrived at the shop around 11 the cashiers the were busy chatting with one another the line was soooo long they could see that but they did no care plus team members also cut infront of us buying tickets and chatting with these cashiers while we stood there for almost 3 hours.As if that was not enough i went inside to buy food for my journey i went to check out 3 coz the line was not bad the cashier there could not give a damn about us she was busy helping the stuff while we stood there i asked why she was jelping the stuff before us she git very cheecky and told me tht the till was for stuff i should not tell her what to do she was so rude her customer service was bad and when i reported her to her superior she was cheeky to her to.i dont think that the reputation<br> that she gave to me as acustomer says she is fit to work with people.
