Rude cashier

I was at shoprite mini katlehong, the quest were very long due to grants payment today and I waited on the line for about 30 minutes then when I get to the till the cashier tells me I can't do a withdrawal because they were told to save money for grant people that have been waiting from 6am, mind you I was there around 11:30 and I asked her what must I do then because I have been in the que for about 20 to 30 minutes and she said there's nothing she can do and she can't say I must wait because she's taking her lunch soon, so there's nothing she can do to help I had to now cause a scene and if all the shoprite till did not have a cashback of R200. 00 and she said they don't have. When I asked for the manager she then turns and asked the lady next to her if she doesn't have cash. Like at shoprite do you guys train your cashier customer service and what it is and the benefits of it. She was so rude that lady and believe you I'm never gonna go back there again and my family and friends will definitely know my ordeal with shoprite cashiers. Or maybe it's their money that's why they don't want to give it to customers. I was so annoyed I'm still am even now
