Rude cashier

I went to shoprite palm springs mall yesterday I was assisted by Prudence Zandile Mamasedi who was very rude to me and my mother. We bought sugar 10kg which happened to have a hole on it, upon her realizing that it has a hole.she scanned it and proceeded to tell us to fo back to the floor and take another one mind you we are paying so we must now go back and take another sugar. She didn't pack our groceries and we had to pack our groceries go back and get the sugar. This means that as a customer service you get 0 absolutely no customer service from Shoprite staff. Shoprite Palm springs should really go back and study customer service because what we get from that store is completely nonsensical
