Rude cashier

So I went to Shoprite (motherwell PE branch) I needed to update my RICA details for my simcard coz my contract was cancelled on wednesday, ok so I get to Shoprite I talk to this lady by the name Pamela Ngidana who was so rude to me and didn't even give me a chance to tell her my story, prior to me going to Shoprite I went to PEP but de lady who assisted me there was nice n friendly n she told me unfortunately they can't do that, I should ask at Shoprite if they could do it that's y I went there so I told that lady that dis is not a way to speak to a customer that doesn't know anything n needs to be assisted then I asked her what her name was she then took her name tag n put it to my eyes n I said I can't see it so I want to say Shoprite is a ****ty place to shop at or get help with things regarding to ur RICA I'll never shop there again n I'm going to badmouth them to everyone I know based on my experience with them
