rude cashier

<p>good day, i went to boulders mall, shoprite to buy powerade, powerade is R8.99. when i gt to the till instead of being served as a customer, i was given attitude. the klady who served me is NOMPUMELELO NDYAYI, she went on speaking with her colleaguies and laughing instead of attending to me. She didnt great me to begin with and i payed with R10 and she gave me R1 back instead of R1.10 and i asked her for the 10c, instead of giving it to me she just looked at me like im annoying her her and she continued to serve the next customer without ant appology or explanation of her actions whatsoever and when the till opened she threw the 10c on the counter literally, i was so appalled by the kind of behaviour, i have a right to ask for my money no matter how smll it is its mine and she doesnt know how i work to get my money and she had 10cents on her till, i would have understood if she didnt have them and she should tell is she doesnt have them and she has no right to treat anyone like that. I want an apology directly from her and not the manager and i want feed back on what actions where takan to discipline her.</p>
