rude cashier

went 2 a shoprite supermarket 2 buy groceries & it coincided with the day when grants were being paid out, there were long queues that was assigned to normal customers which I joined.When I got 2 the front the cashier @ the front (Nomusa Nxumalo) said that she wouldn't attend 2 me & the old lady that was infront of me as we had big trolleys & told the old illiterate woman that it was written somewhere ( it wasn't ), we together with this old lady after a long struggle finally managed 2 move our groceries 2 several smaller trolleys & when I got 2 the front again this cashier then said she wouldn't help me as i had more thn 10items & requested i join another queue. I then asked her why we hadn't been told that before we stood on the queue for 2hours & she just ignored me i then asked 4 the manager & her reply was \i dont know, you can look 4 the manager yourself\" I managed 2 find the manager & explained everything & the manager told the cashier 2 assist me & left. the cashier then said that i would have to pack my own groceries while aggressively & rudely scanning my groceries threw my cereal on the floor which ended up going missing because staff packed them back away as unbought"
