Rude Cashier

I went to Shoprite Town Centre Mitchells Plain. I then proceeded to stand in the queue to pay, what I had not realised was that it was an express 10 item till point. I was fine with leaving the balance of my goods, which could not have been more than 20 items in total. The cashier then very rudely told me that I 'couldn't do that', which I totally did not understand, as I was just taking under 10 items. If this wasn't enough, when swiping my card she basically through the card machine towards me, which at that point pushed me over the edge. I understand it's only the 'Cape flats' but will refuse to be treated like this, as a paying customer! My 6 year old niece was with me, which made things far worse. If I need to take things further I will as someone who has been in retail for the past 10 years, I know that a customer should never be treated as trash. Needless to say I will never purchase from the Shoprite group again but do hope all relevent parties, including cashier and store is held accountable.
