Rude Branch Manager

last year I went to shoprite church street in Rustenburg, the branch manager was rude, then I said to myself maybe he is having a bad day. Second again same year (2019), He did the same thing again, then I reported him and he said he was sorry. This year (2020) when I asked him about long queues, he told me that me it is his store I am not going to tell him what to do. That man is rude and abusive to any female he see.
