Rude behaviour

On 22/01/2016 I went to Shoprite in Mfuleni to buy mineral water. Since I was buying one item I thought I should go pay at the Cigarette counter since there was only customer there at the time. I waited for the cashier finish with the customer she was busy with. When it was my turn to pay, the cashier did not have the decency to greet me, she just scanned the bottle of mineral water and told me I was not supposed to pay at that till since the till is only reserved for staff. I felt like she should have informed that the till was only for staff instead of giving me a lecture when she was processing the transaction<br> <br> I did not understand her logic since I have paid at the cigarette counter countless times in other stores.<br> I was buying something from the store but she treated me as if she was merely doing me a favour by processing the sale. She was very rude and disrespectful in the way she spoke.<br> <br> It was the first time someone told me a till at the cigarette counter is reserved for staff <br> The number on my slip is C0028 #0046. It was at 10:10:17 when the transaction was processed<br> <br> I hope the cashier will learn to treat people with respect and be professional in her work<br> <br> <br> <br>
