RUDE BAKERY STAFF

<p>I went to Shoprite close to Leondale/ Phumula in the East Rand last night I was looking for Hot dog rolls when we got to the bakery section there were over 10 people waiting to be served we stood there and the 3 ladies who were stationed there were busy chatting and laughing and removing oven trays from the ovens until my husband had to call for service eventually one of the ladies came and she started to serve us who were complaining clearly the people we found at the que were either used to such a pathetic service hence they were still standing there we were also told that they did not have the Hot Dog rolls I am not sure whether they indeed did not have them or it is because we complained about their poor service. I am really fed up about the Shoprite staff in locations becuase so far it clearly shows they need better customer service training we go to these supermarkets to sepnd our money but the attitude we get it its not from the cashiers it is from another member of staff. I hate having to write to such platforms to complain instead of havinfg to write good reviews about the retail departments and i honestly feel the retail shops in malls and suburban areas in most cases you receive the best service. </p> <p> </p> <p>PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THESE RUDE STAFF MEMBERS YOU HAVE EMPLOYED BECUASE WE ARE MORE THAN HAPPY YO TAKE OUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE, WHERE WE WILL BE APPRECIATED AS PAYING CUSTOMERS</p>
