Rude & bad customer service

Bad customer service @ Shoprite Meadowlands from a rude money market cashier (khanyisile sibisi). I bought with R100 a voucher for R10 & she said she's got no change @ +_ 12pm on 28October 2020.she referred me to 3 other cashiers who also said they don't have change. When I escalate the matter, now all of a sudden she's got change. This is how they treat people/ customers there. Shame on you khanyisile sibisi!!!
