Rude and unprofessional Jennifer Mokoebo

<p>060516 I got to this store bought few items which were wronly priced and packaged. I got to the cashier I realize pricing incorrect she call Jennifer was in a next till. Jennifer just looked at us and walk away we waited for her 10 min and The cashier explained. Jennifer said to the cashier must give it to one till packer, who went to check price upon arrival the error was to be rectified by Jennifer who instead charged me more she was agitated and furion why she must rectify the error. I checked the receipt instead she doubled the amount as I read the receipt I asked for it be rectified as there were now more charges she left and said she will come back I then confronted her and told her her attitude was bad I almost spend 30 min each time she rectifies the quiry she commited more mistakes and rude.</p> <p>I must say the Shoprite Lyttelton branch staff are rude, unprofessional and *********** this is my 3rd complain since 2016 at some stage a cashier threw me with a basket deliberatetly which is on ****o Peter records including some of their managers or frontline staff. Can someone do something phew!</p>
