Rude and unacceptable behaviour

<p>I was at Shoprite in Church and Van der waldt street Pretoria this morning 2016-11-22 at the money market to transfer money which was above my limit. I then requested a lady I was accompanied by to use her ID to transfer the remaining amount which she agreed to. I was assisted by a lady called Lilly who was very rude and said that she wont help us as we where using two different IDs. We where puzzled as to why would she not help us and why didn't she explain to us in an appropriate manner. That's when she started yelling, shouting and swearing at me. She even said that I must Voetsek as she will not help me. That's when I requested for the store manager to explain the situation. Even when the manager arrived she was not apologetic. She continued screaming and said that she will never apologise. I feel this was a very rude and unacceptable behaviour. As Shoprite is a huge and recognised supermarket I would expect your staff to be well trained on Customer service. The lady (Lilly) has ruined your brand and I don't see myself, family and friends shopping at Shoprite anymore. Word of mouth goes a long way.</p> <p> </p>
