RUDE AND PUSHED A SHOPPING BASKET HIT MY FEET

Thursday 2/04/2015 I brought few items. As I was about to pay by till point I noticed the cashier was harshly shouting at the customer in front of me in Sepedi and the woman kept on responding in English. It was clear the client is not speaking any of the South African language. As she left she left a basket on the till and as I got nearer the cashier rudely and harshly said in Sepedi MOVE THE BASKET! I looked straight in her eyes and said in IsiZulu ask the customer who is leaving it. Machaka furiously pushed the basket which fell and hit my feet. It was painful she was angry and pushing my items. I gave her a debit card for payment which the merchant machine was pushed to me for pin. A packer came asked for a plastic bag I took it out of my handbag put on top of a bread she did not notice it and left. Machaka said with a raised tone declined! I paid cash and I guess in this store ************** is the order of the day and client relations BAD! I am not forced to speak Sepedi but this branch is demonstrating it.
