Rude and lack of System Knowledge

I am sad with what Nomvulelo did to me. She is a manager at Shoprite Liquor Store at Ga Maphutheng Centre in Katlehong next to Katlehong North Police Station. I got in the Store to buy a beer using Wi code from Old Mutual Rewards and she refused to help me. She came to cancel the transaction while the cashier tried to help me. Please check the camera footage from 09:43 on 28/03/2021 and see what she did to me.
