Rude and *********** Cashiers

I went to shoprite on the 28th May just after 5. the queues were so long but only a few till points were open. There was a cashier sitting at till 2 who only had 2 people on the queue I went to that till I only had one item. she served the 2 customers when it was my turn she told me she only serves staff. as I was leaving her till point he called another customer from another queue by his name and she served him even though he was not staff but seemingly they know each other. After serving the guy she just sat playing with her nails and our pleas fell on deaf ears even the supervisors just walked past the till and said nothing. Shoprite's standard of service continues to drop because of rude staff who don't give a damn about customers. You should try to get a cash back from the till points they send you around as if you borrowing the money.
