Rude and attitude problem from the cashier

Good morning, just now I went to withdraw a Mukuru money. I am not fami**** with the process as this was my 1st time. Phumulo (the one.with bold shaved style) the cashier was so rude to me. She pressed the computer and stirred at me and told to select mind you I don't know which option to select as there were 3. With an attitude she says "press 1 and enter those numbers". I ask which ones " the ones in your phone". Then she asks is this your first time withdrawing and I said yes but the attitude still was there.

Then she speaks to her colleague and I wait for the conversation to end and she tells me that I was supposed to be fast. I was long done by while she was talking to a colleague.

I thenan understanding that I am a customer not Shoprite employee who's supposed to know what must happen.

So for Phumulos system to stop is because she didn't tell me to press the green button after the numbers. I've never felt so much disrespect so early in the morning. Am not the one to talk or fight or even complain hence this platform.

I would really appreciate if Shoprite can respond because that's my number grocery store and to get such in the morning. It blew my mind.
