Rude and arrogant staff at Shoprite Siyabuswa Mall

Rude ,arrogant and unprofessional staff at Shoprite Siyabuswa mall who disregard consumer rights .

On Friday 27 June I visited the above mentioned store and to say I am disappointed would be an understatement, I made a purchase of chicken braaivlies packs which were on special and upon realising that the reduction was not recorded I requested for a refund of the price difference. I had to go to the fridges to take a picture of the sale catalog myself as the were reluctant to assist me . I was in the store for more than an hour trying to get my money back I had to tell them that I would report them that’s when there was movement from the staff . After leaving the store they went as far as calling people who might know me to get my cellphone numbers, my privacy was violated when I specifically told them they would get my numbers when receiving the complaint.
