******* Belittling Service at Shoprite Cosmo City, John Langa- The Manager

<p>I intended to purchase an item and when I got check out the teller scanned the item only to find out that it was 3 times the price on the shelf and I requested to be assisted by Manager regarding my query. Some guy rocked up with an unfriendly attitude and just told me that I picked up a wrong item and walked away. . .I wanted to get his name but his name tag was reversed inside out. I was told that he was "John Langa". Services in our so called "Kasi Areas " are rotten and there are so many disrespectful "John Langas" who can not own up to this rotten services. I know my rights as a consumer and this belittling treatment and behavior ******** Managers sick. </p>
