Rottern food at Shoprite Upington

I bought two narvestime potato chips today 15june 2021.and it was rottern it was on reduce price but that doesn't give them the right of selling us old food because they know that we are poor and we don't have any.i bought this at Upington Shoprite in northern Cape it really bad I even have the pictures
