Rotten/Expired food

On Friday the 11th of April @ 07:30 in the morning, I went to Shoprire Mall of Thembisa and bought Magwinya and Hake. When I got to my work place the fish was rotten, completely rotten, it was clearly fried 2 days prior. I went back to the store for my refund. Yoh, the Supervisor was so rude, she didn't greet me, she didn't apologize, she just took the fish and receipt and went to the cashier, the poor Cashier was busy with a client, the Supervisor just got there and canceled her transaction and proceeded with my refund. She never greeted the Customer, she didn't explain anything to the Cashier, the Cashier and her Customer were just left there confused. How do you just operate someone's till without talking to them???? That lady is rude hle. She's the rudest. I told her I wanna speak to the store Manager and she told me okay, stand there. I stood for more than 20 minutes until this other lady came and escorted me to where the Manager was, luckily he was at the kitchen department. The Manager's name is Khathu/Phathu. I told her I was not happy because they selling us rotten food, he apologiesd, but his apology wasn't sincere, he called the kitchen lady I bought the fish from, the lady said the fish was prepared that morning, it's not rotten, it is the spice they are using. The Manager could see the fish was rotten, everyone could, and she saw it fit to lie. The manager asked her "Why are you selling yesterday's food?" and she blamed it on the spices. Meaning everything at Shoprire Mall of Thembisa has expired. Shoprire is ***, they don't take us serious. Nowonder FNB left and partnered with Pick n Pay. You go to Shoprire Phumulani Mall same story, you go to Shoprire Maake Plaza same, You go to Shoprire Tzaneen Crossing same. Shoprite you don't take your customers serious. It's annoying. You are nothing without us.
