Rotten Tin of Fish Purchased at Shoprite Mondlo Mall

Dear Shoprite Customer Support,

I'm writing to report a disappointing experience at your Mondlo Mall store. I purchased a tin of fish yesterday, and upon opening it, found it was rotten inside. The tin had visible signs of damage and the contents were spoiled.

As a customer, I expect better quality products from Shoprite. I'm concerned that this could happen to others, especially in rural areas where options might be limited.

I'd like to request a refund/replacement for the product. I've attached a photo of the tin as evidence.

Please look into this matter urgently.
