Rotten rice🥺

Iam soo dissapointed at the quality of food you see...last we i bought 10kg Aunt Caroline rice from ShopRite Qumbu..when i open it yesterd its rotten..i will attach the picture as well as the slip

I stay in the rural areas, carrying or taking it back its costly for me(we pay for trasporting it) going to town alone costs R70 return plus R10 for the rice.. Iam really disappointed,i request a viable solution to this without having to carry for transporting it back to the store as thats costly for me ...
