Rotten Products Sold At U-Save

The following incident took place at Shoprite U-Save on 1329 Buffalo Rd Evaton. My mom bought milk as well as some other items from your store. The milk was rotten so she went back to return it, she had her POP (There was another lady returning rotten milk as well, waiting for assistance) My mom was made to wait for more than 15 minutes just to be told she had to fill out forms/ a book stating her address, number and ID number. My mom explained that she's illiterate so she asked for assistance. The lady then told her that she could not assist her as only the customer was supposed to fill out their "book". That was that. She returned home with rotten milk that your store probably sold her knowingly. Worst Display Of Customer service and Negligence I've EVER heard of!!!!! Customer service is EVERYTHING- regardless of WHERE your stores are situated. Knowingly Selling ROTTEN products to the public without a care in the world. Words fail me
