rotten products and bad service

I bought croceries for about R800...decmber 29th and most of the food was damaged,first it was 1kg polony and it was returned,now its a tray of 30eggs and a 1kg packet of mixed veg...I wonder what is going to be next.I'm very dissaponted by the retailer
