Rotten Products

<p>I bought 2 boxies of sea havest uncooked fish on the 9th May 2017, the products have an expiary date 01-09-2018<br />to my suprice when I wanted to prepared the fish for cooking the fish is rotten both the boxies. Unfortunately I do not keep reciepts and especially after so long a time, I attempted to return the products to the shop but the tellers refused to take them back simply because I didnt have my reciept.. This is unacceptable I lost almost R160 on rotten products and the upholling service I recieved from shoprite is shocking. Being a reputable retail shop we extect better, how do you keep rotten food on your shelves, it is because you target poor people who cant afford to go to other retailers with better products or a mere phone call to complain.</p> <p>I woul like to be refunded and the rotten fish replaced.</p>
