Rotten meat and pathetic service!! !

I have already placed a complaint with Shoprite. My reference number is 57756. I bought two packs of wors from shoprite raisethorpe on 06.03.18. I opened up a pack during the week it was rotten and smelling. I proceeded to open up the second pack, to my disgust, it was also gone off. I laid a complaint and was contacted by a man named Praveen. Who apologized and said he would refund me with another product to the value of R100.00. I agreed to come to the store on Saturday the 27th to fetch the refund. This morning (15.03.2018) I opened up another pack of sausages for my husbands lunch from shoprite (mutton bangers) to my disgust and astonishment , the product was also gone off. The meat was absolutely sour and disgusting. That is three packs of sausages from your company in one month that has gone off. My freezer works perfectly .All my other products have been fine. My father tasted the product this morning too and immediately said that it is rotten. What is going on??? Surely you people cannot be so unprofessional??? Selling products that could make people sic**** I take the time and effort to do my shopping at your company because I am loyal to the store. Taking into account I don't have a vehicle , I make the effort to come to your store to do my shopping. What happens if we had eaten the product? Would your company be held liable for my husband and my medical costs??? All I get is an apology over the the phone and a measly refund. You guys are so unproffesional!!! I am very upset and angry at how I am being treated by your company. That is three whole meals I have lost out on. What if I had nothing else to cook. Do you people ever consider what other people go through!!! I want feedback asap! Your company needs to do better than a pathetic R100.00 refund for all my trouble!!! ?????
