Rotten meat

I went to buy a meat at shoprite Mamelodi heartherly only to realize that the meat is rotten after cooking it ..I send my mom to return the meat to the store while my mom was there I ask to speak to the Manager on the phn ...I was not given a good customer service I'm not happy with the service to cut the long story short thy gave my mom her cash back...but I'm not happy at all we eat a rotten meat...I have the picture n the slip to prove my stament...man of approach was not good ...they dnt no want consumer rights are💔
