Rotten food, that can lead to food poisoning, Poor/ horrible service!!!!!

Rotten products, from the chicken, mince to the potatoes. Did shopping at Shoprite Golden Highway. Got home and could not stand the stench, I actually got the stench when we were paying for the groceries and packing the items in the bags, coz they don't even have packers available, the customers must pack the items in the bags. Mind you the total cost for the groceries were R1800. I did not think much of the stench in the shop and proceeded to go home, upon unpacking, the smell from the chicken was terrible, yet the expiry date of the chicken packs was almost 1 month away, so that chicken was already off. I don't have a car and could not return the rotten chicken immediately, I kept it in my freezer and the stench overwhelmed the entire kitchen, my freezer was stinking. We only returned the packs we assumed was off and was refunded, Then the pocket of potatoes, a very bad smell coming from it, I took the potatoes out of the bag and half of it were rotten, this I did not report and threw away half of the potatoes. On Saturday, I wanted to make the chicken breasts it was 2 packs, again the stench that came from the 2 packs were unbearable, although it was frozen, we bought this with the same packs that we initially returned. We returned this and was advise no cash refund was available, and we had to take something else. Mind you the meat fridges were empty, the only thin available was pork. I decided to make the mince, that I also bought initially with the same chicken packs, a sour- off smell came from the mince after I cooked it, that too was off, and I had to throw it away. Basically, half of the food bought from Shoprite was rotten and not to be consumed. You speak so highly about promise delivery, fresh produce and client satisfaction, but you definitely lack in all aspects. Question is how, how will the poor service be rectified and how will the customers be compensated.
