Rotten food

I Sipho writing these complain against USAVE at Bara Blackchain mall. Refiloe Maapea which is a mother to my kids purchased a yoghurt and mageu on the 2nd September 2025 in your store. Our child consumed the yoghurt and got I'll and medical attention was needed. At school they had to call the ambulance to assist and was taken to Lesedi Hospital for allergies on what he did consume. Refiloe made means to lodge a complain with Usave and was assisted by the lady called Vero and said she ascalated the matter. What is concerning is that the shop doesn't want to acknowledge the purchase of the yoghurt product and said she only bought mageu. We want to see the footage of the to lodge a formal complain with the ombudsman since the store is refusing to share the image. We cannot take their words as image it will show evidence on what was purchase on the till. As the payment was made with a bank card.
