rotten food

on the 25/12016 i went to shoprite ennerdale johannesburg to buy a couple of hing like gaviscon jik and hamster food and to my surprise the hamster food was rotten and mouldy i try to find the store manager and she was no where to be found how conveniently i ask three staff member that was suppose to be employed by shoprite and which they stand around doing nothing and talking to each other where the store manager is and what they rep**** i must go and ask someone else no i want to know how can you complain in the store when the staff are so rude to customers this is not the first time thing like this happens in the store i even phoned shoprite head office and they just ignoring the problems so we here in ennerdale must buy the rotten food that shoprite is dumping on the the people of ennerdale the manger at head office don't want to fix the store and the staff we must just shut the **** up and buy the rotten food and get treated like **** by the staff of shoprite this is how shoprite train their staff be rude to customers and you will get your increase and put rotten stock on the shelves and people of shoprite don't worry what the customer of ennerdale think they will just buy
