Rotten bread

I went to the Shoprite in Ireland street in Verulam last week Wednesday. I purchased a loaf of unsliced white bread. When we sat down to have supper we found the bread was green n mouldy. I immediately contacted the store and was told by a lady with the name Jannete that someone will call me the next day but here we are almost a week later and still no response. It was the most terrible shoprite I've ever been to. Smells terrible. Then we wanted to purchase some meat only to be told that the blockman is not available to slice the meat. My god how do you run a business like this. I went to this shoprite because I was in the area but it was pathetic. Service is absolutely terrible. I didn't want the money back for the bread but it was about the ethics. Shoprite u need to up your game. Your customer service is pathetic.
