Rotten and expired food

Bought 2,5kg of Golden Cloud flour yesterday only to find fungus and eggs on the opening. Disgusting to see I sent and email immediately to notify them but to this moment they have not responded. I even sent them pictures of the packet. It's packed back to their plastic bag. The store is situated in Newcastle KZN next to the bus terminals in town. I'm disappointed with Shoprite Usave.
