****** by eagle liner &shoprite

My sister Xolisile Mbonane book bus tickets from ShopRite for eagle line on the 3 Jan 2019 she was supposed to travel on the 5 Jan from Ladysmith to Johannesburg apparently her nephew passed away on the 4 jan she has cancel the trip then ShopRite said she has to be refunded by eagle line for the money she paid already until today she didn't get the when my mom goes to ShopRite they are telling her some stories of which now we do not know whose lying between ShopRite and eagle liner.it seems both companies service is very poor I can cancel the trip and refundef hence I did not use the ticket of which it was something happened tragedy but I am so disappointed when I find out that my mom did get her money back
