****** at shoprite Jabulani mall

I was at shoprite Jabulani mall on the 12/10/2019 when someone opened my bag and took out a purse with money and all my cards and ID ,when I quickly rushed to the managers office to request for them to check the footage since the person might be in store I got the shock of my life they were not interested at all the lady who looked at the footage said she can not see me but she can see the person I was with reason for that it's because their cameras are moving ,the way I see it they are working with the ******* as she showed no interest at all and she did not want to give me an answer I could understand.
