****roaches found in food

Good day, I am writing this as a concern citizen. Shoprite is taking location people for granted, all the reviews i saw against shoprite comes from people in the location. Yes shoprite is cheaper than other store but that does not mean they should sell us food that are not up to standard. I always go to shoprite Leondale to buy food, in 2019 i bought fish and only to find out that there is Hair inside the fish. Yesterday on 16 February 2020 i bought 2 packet of rolls and guess what! there were dead ****roaches and i could not return the rolls because it was going to cost me R22 rand for transport. I kept the rolls as evidence and if need be i will take this matter to the Food Control - National Department of Health, because most of the respond that shoprite gives is that they are doing everything according to books. I will also ask for advice if I can sue them just to make them clean up their mess. I will keep the rolls for my evidence and I took pictures. Hope this will reach the relevant person not the person who will tell me they are sorry and this will never happen.
