****roaches and spider webs in a packet of Iwisa maize meal

I purchased Iwisa maize meal at Shoprite at Maitland Shoprite. When I open it there it the was a ****roach and spiderwebs inside the maize meal. The reason why I write this here, on Hello Peter, lady who was helping me, she didn't show any remorse. She was cool and took long to help me.
