Ridiculous turn around period on a withdrawal

On the 23 Dec I tried making a withdrawal at a shoprite till and was told the money didn't come out. But on my cellphone it reported as withdrawn. I went back to report to them, they told to go to the bank and get a primt out. I did this, went back to them and they said it should take a few days. About 4 days later I went again. Still didn't get my money. They told me to come back the next day when the person who assisted me initially was there. When I went again they are now saying it'll take 20 DAYS!!!
