Ridiculous service for a cellphone number change

I am past angry right now. I was ****** last week of my purse and my cellphone, I asked for assistance to have my cellphone number changed on my money market app as I bought a R500 voucher and I cannot use it because of the number not being the same. I've sent through all the necessary and since my purse was ******, I only have my drivers licence at this time - the agent has the audacity to tell me I need to go to home affairs for a new ID because they cannot help me without it - so what good is my licence card? and all the while I have a R500 being held hostage becasue I need to go to home affairs which is a nightmare in itself, yet in order to change my cellphone number on my app, I NEED TO GO TO HOME AFFAIRS????? HOW RIDICULOUS CAN YOU GET?????? I WAS ALREADY ******, NOW THE LAST OF MY MONEY IS BEING HELD HOSTAGE BY YOU BECAUSE YOU REFUSE TO CHANGE MY CELLPHONE NUMBER!!!!!!
