Ridiculous Service

The staff just sat there and instead of helping people all they did was to just giggle and not do anything, whilst in the meantime the queue kept on getting longer.<br> Is the service people have to put up with? If only people knew that bank charges aren't that expensive and are better than this nonsense that people put up with just because Shorprite charges a lousy amount for any transaction. <br> I think in my case I'd rather contend with banks than the rude staff from you lot.
