Return Refused by Mr Manager

I'm very disappointed by the service I received at Shoprite KwaMnyandu . Just yesterday I bought a perfume that had no spray to smell without spraying it but to get the smell of perfume. Got home and I was not happy with the smell,its weak and doesn't even last an hour . Tried to return it but manager in charge refused,says shoprite is a supermarket and doesn't have testers. Okay that's fine, spray was not available coz that's how u would get the smell without having to spray . To me this is misleading people and as per consumer right its forbidden in South Africa. I went to the manager myself but he still wouldn't agree ????
