Resolved problem with efficiency and customer care

I recently experienced a defect in a box of cereal, brought it to Shoprite/Checkers head office attention, and within a day, got a phone call. The problem was dealt with in the highest and most efficient way. Within a week, I received emails which showed me that they took my complaint seriously, and another week later, I got a courtesy gift package, and their sincere apolojies which I know was genuine. I could not ask for better staff, better service, and now better product. Thank you shoprite/checkers for your loyalty to customers.<br> Special thank you to Mr Andrews, Mr Geldenhuys and K.
