report about the price change @ the till point
Hello,I went to shoprite point road durban this morning around 10 to buy some stuff including bathing soap of which on the shelf I saw protex soap marked R7.99 and with specific names they were two types and the rest were marked R11.99.when I went to the till they told me that the orice had changed and the manager was called and sent one of the workers to go and check the price he came back and said the price was R11.99.I then went back with him and showed him the price and he couldn't say anything ,I went back to the till and the manager was nowhere to be found and the till operator just voided the soap just like that.of which I think it was unfair I believ a customer pays for the price on the shelf not @ the till point.I felt so stupid and humuilliated in front of shoprite staff and other customers that were on the que.
