Rendering of expired food, no management skills, no symphathy and disgusting customer service

I went to buy groceries of almost 1500 yesterday the 21st March 2025, up on my worst disappointment. I stay in Parktown, uber to yeovile shoprite and back, the jam swiss roll I bought taste bitter you can even swallow, the 600g cheddar cheese expired date Best Before 20th March 2025, its in the shelfs with amore than 10days of its expiry date already. I open it even has green hair mold. I took both the swiss roll and the cheese, I mean i cant check my whole groceries already am furious, I uber back to shoprite the monring of the 22nd, the disgusting most infuriating service I still received when I got there. I come in and tell the security lady am here to see the manager because of the expired groceries from this shoprite, she points me. This lady I tell her the story her name is Lydia Chuene or Cheune, after explaining to her , NOT EVEN THE CARETESSY to sorry, nothing. She just takes the things goes to the manager, I jst stood there, no am coming or come with me or something, nothing! Then she comes back from the manager, I now ask Lydia, so firstly as a customer service person, you didnt even say sorry, now your manager doesnt even come address me and say sorry, I asked Lydia what is your managers name, she says its Lee, I say Lee who, Lydia says I don't know her surname 😡 , I almost fell on the floor right there with anger and the none symohathy whatsoever after hearing a person obviously lieing to me saying she doesnt know her managers surname who won't even come to me and apologise like a manager should, the lack of customer service and none management skills Yeoville Shoprite is full of, with expired bitter tasting food they sell to the public and don't give a damn about it. Lydia now goes and changes the swiss roll and the cheese, like I'm so furious, she comes back with the odesity of another cheese that is expiring before 1st of April 2025 😡😡😡, then I lost it. Its 22nd March, am a complaining client , with a manager that doesnt give a damn, u giving me again cheese that is expiring in week's time, I tasted the cake, still the same bitter cake as the one before. Like am so digusted, the management skills of shoprite and their none existance of customer service. They don't serve. I want this to be addressed to this shoprite yeoville. I had to take my money back, because no service or care was rendered, Lydia just told me, yes they don't check this expiry dates. If that line or comment can also be addressed and understood its meaning. Yet we have to buy and consume this foods with our families. ****ed off client!
